Gator Sports Management Group is offering three age groups, players born in 1996, 1998 and 2000, to participate in Spring Hockey under the guidance of Tate Philips.

Each age group will enter four tournaments, each tournament is 5 games guaranteed. Practices of 1 ½ hours will be held prior to tournaments at Canadian Ice Academy (Hwy 427/Dundas) in order to develop and prepare the team(s) for play.

The player will be developed continuously over two months under the direction of Tate Philips and Gator Hockey. The program will include the importance of individual skill development and helping the players understand and comprehend the importance of pro stick skills.

Practices will also include timing support flow drills, game scenarios, understanding time and space, gap control, the understanding of buying and finding ice, body positioning and angles, while concentrating on individual performance to improve game and team concepts and tactics. Brian McGlaughlin will be joining Tate and Gator Hockey as the Defensive Coach, bringing valuable defensive expertise to the teams.

Cost per player: $950. This includes all 12 practices as well as game jersey and socks.
